1. Information We Collect

Information you give us:

• name, email, phone number, company, and role;
• property details such as address, APN, acreage, and pricing;
• survey, plat, map, and CAD files;
• messages you send us;
• information you enter in forms such as free-preview requests and visit requests.

Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details; we receive limited information such as your name, email, billing details, the last four digits of your card, and payment status. We do not store full card numbers.

Tour usage and analytics: when someone explores a Tour, we collect interaction data, such as:

• sessions, time spent, parcels or lots viewed, features placed, and visit requests;
• device and browser information;
• approximate location derived from IP address;
• referring page.

We use this to provide dashboards to our customers.

Website usage: we and our analytics providers use cookies and similar technologies to understand how our website is used, such as pages viewed, clicks, and referral source.

Scheduling: if you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the details you enter.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• provide, build, host, and improve the Services and Tours;
• process payments and manage subscriptions;
• deliver Tour analytics and visit requests to the customer who owns the Tour;
• respond to inquiries and send service messages, such as order confirmations, delivery notices, and billing and renewal notices;
• send marketing about our Services, which you can opt out of at any time;
• prevent fraud, secure the Services, and enforce our Terms;
• comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

With the Tour owner: if you explore a Tour or submit a visit request, we share your interaction data and the information you submit with the customer who listed that property (for example, the landowner, agent, brokerage, or developer). Their use of your information is governed by their own practices.

With service providers who help us operate, under contracts limiting their use of the data, such as:

• payment processing (Stripe);
• website and database hosting;
• email delivery;
• analytics;
• scheduling (Calendly);
• file storage.

For legal reasons: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, safety, and property.

Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

With your direction or consent.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and provide any opt-outs the law requires.

4. Showcase Use

As described in our Terms, we may display customer Tours as examples of our work unless the customer opts out. We don't publish customer contact details or Tour Visitor personal information in showcase material.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions and analytics.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

Our site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including as long as your account or Tour is active.

After that, we keep it only as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, then delete or anonymize it.

Survey files for Parcel Tours may be deleted after the hosting period ends.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Marketing emails: unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us.

Access, correction, deletion: you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to obtain a copy of it, by emailing adam@eocworks.com. We'll verify your request and respond as required by law.

State privacy rights: depending on where you live (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights, including:

• to know what we collect;
• to delete or correct it;
• to opt out of sale or targeted advertising (we don't do either);
• not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

Tour Visitors: to have visit-request information deleted from a customer's records, contact that customer directly. You can also contact us, and we'll help where we can.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

10. International Users

We are based in the United States, and we process and store information in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Services, you understand your information may be transferred to countries with different data protection laws.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify customers by email or through the Services.
