Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective September 24, 2026
Each 3D Tour is custom work that we begin preparing as soon as you order. For that reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
1. All Sales Are Final
All payments for Parcel, Listing (monthly or annual), and Development plans are non-refundable. We do not provide full, partial, or prorated refunds for any reason, including cancellation, non-use, or a change of plans.
2. Corrections
If your delivered Tour contains errors compared with the survey or details you provided (for example, the wrong boundary shape or a missing road), tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll correct it at no charge. Design changes, new properties, or changes to the source files you provided aren't included.
3. Listing Subscriptions
Listing renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime by emailing adam@eocworks.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; your Tour stays live until then and you won't be charged again. No refunds are given for the current or any past billing period.
4. Over the Acreage Limit
If your property is over your plan's acreage limit, we'll contact you before building to move you to the right plan. Your payment will be applied as a credit toward that plan, not refunded.
5. Upgrading from Parcel to Listing
If you upgrade from Parcel to a Listing plan within 90 days of your Parcel purchase, we'll credit your $99 toward your Listing plan. Email us to apply the credit.
6. Where Required by Law
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
